Whether or not you’ve realized it yet, you’ve got something to offer, and we want to help you cultivate your talents and gifts through leadership. There are lots of ways you can become a part of our amazing crew of ministry leaders. Here’s what you should know.
How do I become a leader at Elevate?
Great question! A church can’t survive without people like you who don’t just want to get involved, but take charge and lead the different groups and ministries we offer.
There’s no test or evaluation required, but we do want our leaders to have first completed our four-week membership class ENGAGE.
Going through the Next Steps at Elevate is important to understanding the foundation on which we’ve built this church and will only help you lead more effectively.
The next step on your journey towards leadership at Elevate would be participating in our ESSENTIALS curriculum which is an extensive, multiple-week course designed to shape prospective leaders to be high-capacity influencers in our community. We know that leadership can be tough, so we want to ensure that our leaders feel adequately prepared to step into the roles God has called them to.
where Can I lead at Elevate?
There is so much more to Elevate than showing up on Sundays. We have a wide variety of groups and ministries that branch off our Sunday services and reach people in many different ways.
