We are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with our community and we look to provide as many opportunities as possible for everyone at Elevate to get plugged into serving in our city. Here are several ways you can get involved!

Loess Hills Elementary

We have partnered with Loess Hills Elementary school in West Sioux City to help connect with students and families in our neighborhood. Below you will find a few of the ways we are connecting and serving at the school:

Coffee on the Curb Join us on the 3rd Monday of every month at 8am to help hand out coffee and cookies as kids are dropped off for school in the mornings.
High-Five Fridays Join us on the 2nd Friday of every month at 8am to give kids a “high-five” as they go into school in the morning.
Birthday Breakfast Join us once a month to celebrate birthdays. We’ll show up at school with donuts, party hats, and lots of fun!
Serve at Conferences Join us September 26-27 to hand out coffee and cookies to parents during conferences.
Teacher Appreciation Help us appreciate all the hard work teachers do by putting together a teacher appreciation day twice during the school year.

The Gospel Mission

The Gospel Mission has been serving Sioux City since 1938 and has established itself as an essential outreach to those in need of shelter and warmth in our community. At Elevate we routinely partner with the Gospel Mission to serve in their clothing warehouse and help provide essential items during the winter months. In addition to these things we encourage our Life Groups to serve at the mission as often as possible. Volunteers are always welcome at the Gospel Mission and we encourage everyone to participate as often as they are able.

Elevate Summer Festival

The Summer Festival is a great place for our Church to just come and love on our neighborhood! Every Summer we host a big party at Cook Park (just down the street from the Church) with bouncy houses, carnival games, lots of food and plenty of family fun for everyone. Stay tuned for opportunities to serve during this great community event.

Serve Our City is our annual day of service in Sioux City. For years we have been able to help multiple community organizations and homes with projects on their property and helping them continue to provide their services to the community.
